I am very happy to provide a reference for Mr James Field. He built our loft conversion this year and it was built to a high standard. He was in charge of day to day operations and showed himself to be organised and flexible to turn the architect’s plans into a quality structure. The cost was in excess of £30.000 and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The conversion involved installation of dormer window and staircase, and alterations to the ground floor to comply with building and fire regulations. He coordinated the plumber, electrician, and plasterers to ensure the job was done efficiently and neatly. Whenever we had discussions about the details of the job (positions of windows, lights, doors etc), he was always cooperative and had his own helpful suggestions.
