The team who work at Extreme Nutrition include a natural power lifting World Record holder, a former Junior Natural Mr Scotland, BNBF Miss Figure (Britain), NABBA Miss Britain (Toned Figure), Bristols and Swidons Strongest Man winner, a Ju Jitsu black belt fifth dan and a plethora of qualifications in personal training, diet, first aid and human biochemistry!

We like to think that not only do we design the best products available we will be better suited to tell you how to use them and understand them better than anyone else can too! We have advised boxers, rugby players, cyclists, power lifters, cage fighters, bodybuilders, models, an America Football team, swimmers and your average person trying to improve their health and look through exercise and diet.
