Best Customer Service Ever!
I bought a Suntour XCT V2 crankset from All Terrain Cycles. The image on the website showed the product with a chainguard but it arrived without one. I contacted All Terrain Cycles and spoke to a really nice guy named Matt. Unfortunately I could not get a guard for the crankset but I was offered a full refund + postage costs + my postage cost sending it back to them. It seemed like such a waste and a loss for them so I kept the crankset and they offered me my postage cost back as a kind gesture. They really are nice people and the "customer first" image on their website isn't just for show. I'm really glad I bought from them and will keep them bookmarked for future purchases.

Item sent out when not wanted
I placed an order for some 661 knee pads in October 2008, they weren't in stock until January 2009. I cancelled the order and recieved an email telling me i would be refunded. Feb 2009 and i receive an email telling me the order has been dispatched. Unable to cancel as i was out the country at the time they parts were dispatched, i never received the items although they were signed for by someone at my place of work. I told them they were cancelled but they have never issued me with a refund and have now stopped answering my emails.
