Wouldn't leave a rat here let alone a dog

We put our dogs in here as all the reviews was fantastic, never again will we use this place. Now I understand any kennels will smell of some form of dog but I can not even describe the conditions in this place, as soon as the door opens the stench of urine and poop is horrendous, you can smell it from the car park. When going into the kennels, there’s no light or ventilation. There’s a swarm of both dead and alive flies swarming the kennel as well as the office where you pay. The windowsill is covered with dead flies, it has not been cleaned at all. When entering the office we seen that it has been rated 3 stars by Wakefield council. This place needs shutting down. Our dogs was only there for three days and we can now see their ribs! They have cuts on their face and their paws have been bleeding. They are probably sore from having to walk on wet concrete. The lady told us it would be £90 to pay on arrival but the husband charged us £120. These people do not care about the welfare of the dogs, just the money. Wouldn’t use this place to store a dead body, let alone your loved pets.
