APPALLED
Mr Metcalfe was downright rude and aggressive, not allowing me to say goodbye to my own cats and using worrying phrases such as “the world doesn’t revolve around three cats”. He failed to listen to the dietary requirements of my cats, and did not follow instructions provided. Fed them kibble they are allergic to. Mocked me when I cried because of how rude he was being, and how worried I was about leaving them in a cold, damp, unfamiliar place. Would not use again.

WE TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE WITH OUR BEST FRIEND ,FOR A WEEK AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE UPSET OR DISCUSTED IN MY LIFE,AFTER ONLY A WEEK HE WAS SO THIN HE HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE VET HE HAD BEEN LEFT IN A KENNELS SLEEPING IN IS OWN MESS THIS CAUSED SORES ON HIS TESTICALS LIKE BURNS. THE SMELL WAS UNBEARABLE HE HAD TO BE BATHED TWICE TO GET RIDE OF THE SMELL .IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE DON,T TAKE THEM TO MOUNT PLEASENT
