Love This Shop
I've used this shop for fixing up my old wreck of a commuting bike for years, they've always done a good (magical considering the state of the poor thing!) and economically priced job, but they have been telling me for years to treat myself to something better. Well that day came two weeks ago when my company had finally sorted out their cyclescheme. I got a new hybrid which is brilliant, my girlfriend tried it and realised cycling wasn't so bad after all (she's only ever bought second hand bikes in the past that have rarely even fitted her) so she's bought herself a bike from there to. We've been riding to work but enjoying it so much that despite a few days or murky weather we've been out on leisure rides almost none stop as well. Now I've got my new shiny bike I probably wont be in the shop as much as I used to be for repairs but these guys have always looked after me so I will be back when I need to.

Disgusting Arrogance
Steer clear of Wheelspin cycles. What a bunch of arrogant tossers. Charged me £20 (now refunded) for the privilege of installing a steel headset which they cracked in the process. They didn't mention it although I soon noticed. Tried to tell me it was because I had supplied them with a crap headset with 'tin' cups. I'm no metallurgist but I know they don't make bike parts out of tin. The headset was a branded Stronglight A9 and IS steel. This was after dropping the bike of on Monday and they still hadn't done it by Friday because they 'tagged it up wrong'. Not once was the word sorry uttered in my general direction in this whole process.
