Totally incompetent
Ordered a skip as I was moving house, said it would arrive between 8-10am so I organised someone to come and help me move the stuff out, the skip never arrived, rang them and they said it is on its way and ill ring driver and ring you back, they never did ring back and no skip turned up, completely useless and messed up my whole day.
