Lightspace Management identified a clear need for an integrated approach to property lettings. We provide a full service for lettings. This includes contracts, inventories, administration etc. All our clients have large property portfolios and we carry out detailed surveys to investigate problems, diagnose defects and put forward schemes to remedy any problem found. We have developed a breadth of knowledge covering all aspects of the rental market and maintenance works and are able to give advice on the possible alternative solutions that may be available.

The combination of creative ability along with detailed knowledge of building construction and specification enables our surveyors to form an integral part of the rental team for new buildings, refurbished and existing buildings.
