Barket Trabel: Worst Travel Agent Ever!

He is lucky to get 1 star to be honest. Worst service ever. Everything he said prior to booking was pretty much a lie. The hotel was changed on us to a very sub-standard hotel. The food he provided was below par (and questionable for hygiene at times). He was not even there to take the complaints. Upon seeing him on our return he did not even seem to care and wanted to blame everyone else other than himself, forgetting we booked with him and the other people are his suppliers. We could either take him to court and sue him or just try and help other people by telling them how much of a con artist he is it was so we have gone with the second option. After discussing this with others who have been with him in the past it seems like this is not a one-off and he does this every time but no one says anything. Barket Travel is definitely a con-artist who make his money through lying.
