Ripped off!!

Took my bike in recently to have a broken chain fixed and was charged £20 for what was basically a 2 minute job with no parts required.My fault for agreeing to pay,but I was desperate!! After leaving the shop, the chain then snapped two miles down the road and so had to be taken back that very same day. The manager agreed to fix it, but suggested I get a new chain(£30!!), and so not being a bike expert in any way, I agreed. So I once again left the shop and began cycling only to have the chain start slipping,which I subsequently found out(from him) was due to the sprocket not also being replaced. Apparently this is pretty standard knowledge amongst the bike repairing fraternity and so I really feel that I should of been fully informed of the likelihood of this happening..which I wasn't!! Perhaps his intention was for me to purchase a sprocket on my third visit, I don't know. What I do know, is that the whole experience of dealing with Haywards Heath cycle Centre has left me feeling conned, not only through excessive charging of work done, but also for not being fully informed.Avoid!!!
