Incompetent and Negligent
I am embarking on legal action against these people. Two cars they inspected for me had serious mechanical faults. One had oil spewing from the oil cooler which could have been terminal for the engine. The second had a "grating"when changing from second to third gear, enough to "take your hand off" ! I am seeking compensation of 1615 pounds. They cannot be located as the address shown on their web site, They refuse to answer phone calls and emails. Please refer to other review sites for additional complaints. If you deal with them and all is not well, don't expect them to even acknowledge your concerns. BEWARE< BEWARE< BEWARE>!!!
