Nice to see you've replied on here but have not picked up a phone in the time you've terminated the contract. Suddenly you're taking notice because of the honest reviews we are writing and the pictures we are posting which you keep getting deleted. Strange also that previous comments are from 2016 and for minor jobs, maybe you've deleted other bad reviews to keep your company looking good, but that's just my thoughts, other people can make up there own minds..... The certification you have left my parents with only implies you registered the work, exposed electric and gas meters, hanging spot lights and the laughable aerial wiring in the loft is NOT acceptable. All payments were made when asked for with proof and infact you owe them for outstanding accommodation costs for the additional weeks out of their property, damage to the car due to unsafe skip loading, damage to blinds in lounge, defrosted food in freezer etc. all have photo evidence. The bathroom was quoted for and sound proofing was mentioned at the beginning however walls that were no longer needed to be removed were not taken off the invoice (however have not seen a fully broken down final invoice so please explain you pricing logic!!) The job was left in a safe condition with gas and electrical certificates. The client knew soffit boards needed to be removed by an approved asbestos removal firm (at their cost). This would have allowed the extract outlet pipe to be fitted. The lounge was freshly plastered so would have been impossible to paint, as was the electric fire and surround. The light was removed for plastering, the client’s new fitting wasn’t on site before we left. Several time they were asked to empty rooms as we needed access, this never happened. Ground levels to both front and rear of the premises were returned to original heights and condition. We carried out additional works (never invoiced) including replacing the bathroom/ kitchen floors, sound-proofing walls. The kitchen and bathroom were fitted in full working order both to customer’s design. The contract was agreed with scheduled payments which weren’t met so they were in breach of contract, outstanding monies still owing. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and this is the first customer I have ever needed to walk away from. Please look at our genuine feedback from our happy customers to see a true reflection of our workmanship.

AVOID this company at all costs!!!
This company had just terminated my parents contract without notice after 6 months of hell and has left them in a terrible state. They turned up when they felt like it and had no respect for any of there personal belongings within the bungalow. AVOID at all costs, they will take your money and run!!!
