No job too small

Rykav Construction came very highly recommended to us and I can truthfully say we weren't disappointed. We needed a small extension on the back of our house and gave John little more than a scribble on the back of the proverbial fag packet. He discussed our needs and, although he constantly told us that the finished product would be small, created the perfect space for us. The building work was carried out efficiently with very little disruption to our household apart, of course, from the cups of tea and coffee being passed around. The build was completed more than satisfactorily with the bricks being matched in very well to the existing and all the doors, windows, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard. In fact the windows are a better specification than the ones we already had. There were inevitably one or two minor glitches but they were sorted out quickly without any problem at all. I was totally comfortable talking to John and I think that helped sort things out easily. The attention to detail was amazing - just like I'd expect from my Dad! - and the resulting quality of finish is excellent. Everyone who has been in to see our new space has been very impressed and I've passed Rykav's number to four friends so far. People have asked me if the finished product is as good as I imagined and I honestly have to say it's better. John and his band of merry men were a pleasure to have around the place - they even took their boots off to come inside the house! All of the people who worked on our little extension obviously have enormous pride in their work and strive to do the best job they possibly can. That's why I recommend Rykav Constuction.
