They've got a smooth operation from browsing, buying, delivery and after care. I bought a Vareda walk in bath for my parents and it has helped them to bath in comfort. It literally installed in place of the ordinary bath (in terms of fittings) but was obviously smaller in size.

Ever since I was a kid, I used to love saunas and steam rooms. I remember going to the gym when I was 9 years old. I always got excited to go to the steam room :). When I heard that you could actually have one in your home I couldn't resist. It's just like being in a steam room in the gym, just a lot more cosy!

This is the first time I've bought from them. Their customer service is the thing which makes them so good; but not to take anything from the product, that's fab too. Will be buying another for my next bathroom.
