Cold welcome
I’ve visited the Gornal Branch once before in 2018. The welcome was frosty. But I assumed the cashier was having a bad day. So I did not return until recently my son left university and began working. So I wanted to encourage him to save. Sadly, once again I was met with a cold unenthusiastic welcome. The staff have no customer service skills and do not encourage new members. They truly live up to the myth of belligerent Black Country old fish wives. Save your hard worked for money some where you’ll be appreciated.
