AWFUL!
I visited this salon the day of my Sister's wedding to have my hair done. My appointment was for 9:30am and when I arrived the shutters were still down. Being rushed for time I asked a couple of girls who were standing outside why the salon was still shut. I was informed that the owner had left her keys at home and would be another 20 minutes. Half an hour later she turned up and opened up. I was taken over the the basin to wash my hair - if you could call it that - the assistant didn't completely dampen my hair before applying shampoo so the underneath of my hair was DRY! I was then rinsed and hurried over to a chair where she started to blowdry my hair. Over the next 40 minutes she stopped what she was doing a number of times and disappeared for 5 minutes at a time, the last time returning with a toasted cheese sandwich, she popped it down on the trolley beside me and proceeded to dry my hair - greasy hands and all! I eventually left the salon stressed as I was running late and unhappy with my hair but I was in too much of a rush and too fed up to complain. I would never go back, the whole operation is totally unorganised and from what I could see there was a total lack of management (the owner opened up and then left).

brilliant
well, I have to say I am discusted by the comments of the other users on this review site. This salon is just brilliant. I have reviewd them before and have to say that i was nothing but impressed. I am getting married soon and myself, my daughter and my mum had trial makeovers, tan , teeth whitening AND botox......it was just amazing. The whole place is friendly and warm and the girls do just about anything to please......thank you so so so much to the girls at bromley and dont be put off by these coments....it was not my experience of the place............( by the way, thank you ves, I have have'nt laughed that much in years...wink wink ) xxxxxxxxx

brilliant
I find the other reviews of this salon odd to say the least. Myself, my daughter and my mother came into the salon and we had first class service. I am getting married soon and we had a trial makeover for all of us....we had nails, hair and beauty....we also booked in for botox and teeth whitening.....it really is a shame that some people have to put these girls down, they are brilliant and talk about good prices.....ignore them girls.....you deserve better...well done and thankyou xxxxxxx marg xxxx.

worst salon ever
i have never been anywhere so un organized and unprofessional, 2 people started my nails i was left on 3 occasions why the unqualified technician attempted to put on nail extentions who had to pop out to actually get the extentions i was there over two hours walked out and didnt pay in end had had to go somewhere else to sort my nails out absoulute shambles

I must say i went to Bromley and had a great day, i was seen to and put in the chair within five minutes and was asked if i would like a drink, i was booked in for highlights and a full set of nail extentions, although it was a long day it didn't take any longer than expected and i loved my hair and my nails i have infills once every two week...i think they have changed the nail system there so i heard and well my nails look great ! they have only been open 3 months i think it was a very busy salon and looked as though they had been there for years. The girls are really pleasent couldn't do enough for me and i will now be a regular for certain its local to were i live wich is great....next time having a makeover in the photography studio look forward to that..well done Bromley great salon :-)))
