poorly run

Are you serious..........'Vegetarian meals are available?' They never are when I go there! I have felt like complaining in the past about the Burger King at Central Six Coventry because they never have any vege burgers when I go there. I haven't bothered though as I have better things to do. However today I was really fed up because I saw the ad that says if you get a value meal, you can get half price entry into Alton Towers. So I went there and there was 1 man serving and he had no idea what I was talking about. So I showed him the sign which was on the counter. He took the sign out the back to ask someone, came back out, glanced around briefly and then said "we don't have any passes, sorry" We had planned to go to Alton Towers tomorrow but have cancelled because of this. I didn't have time to drive to another Burger King. I left the shop today without even buying food because I was so disappointed once again. Its just such poor service to advertise something, there was even a notice on the door on the way in, then tell customers you don't have any!
