Do not use this company ever
Do not use this company ever! I have received the worst service I have ever experienced. I tried to get a B.T line installed and after 6 order attempts they were still getting fundamentals on the order wrong. They got the business address wrong twice, and even after a survey sent the wrong engineer out three times. After waiting three months, and after dozens of phone calls, I have now given up. They have a very dismissive attitude, seem happy to get the order ,I imagine they are targeted on orders, so are quite nice to deal with at this stage, the problems happen after the order has been placed. Very complacent,, no apologies, one excuse after another, just insulting my intelligence in the end. I had a stack of false promises, This company paired with B.T should not be in the communication industry at all, as they seem utterly incapable of communicating effectively at all.

Miss selling sales men joke of company very unprofessional. BT just don't want to know.

FRAUD
This company set up an internet account fraudulently without any authorisation from our company. When we investigated the money was refunded but we wanted to know why this was set up. Fobbed off repeatedly. Lied to repeatedly and no one will give you an answer. Apparently fraud is ok with this company. Be very careful if using them.

No Customer Service
Use this BT Local business company to switch back to BT on a fixed price package. First bill cam in August charged at full BT rate, have been trying to get this office to sort it from then on and still being charged at the wrong rate. They say they will call you back but don't, they say they have sorted the problem by email but dont. Tried to complain direct to BT, but they were not interested. Beware if you do business through this lot.
