Ordered on 23rd November for delivery on 1st December. Obviously not delivered on that date. Impossible to speak to anybody as phone is never answered. Starting giving bad reviews on Facebook and then had a message from them saying they would look into this. Then got an email on 6th December to say my order had been dispatched. It is now 8th December, still no order received, no answer from Chuckling Cheese Co and cannot track my order as no consignment number.
