Beware

Having tried in vein to over come problems, I'm left really disappointed with this company, they sell you a package that you can run as a business, only once they have your money they refuse to take responsibility for their product, and defer you to an equally inadequate manufacturer, who isn't even in this country, when asked if I could hire or borrow similar equipment, so that I could honour existing bookings, they flatly refused and suggested I had to pay hundreds of pounds for another part....consequently I did this to avoid cancellations and bad publicity, when it arrived it was password protected, and poorly mounted so I was unable to use it!!! I'm so frustrated with this company, the replacement sent is missing pieces that they now want to charge me for....oh I've had the item approx 4 mths, before I re bought the product I asked if I could return the whole unit as they weren't prepared to help me....their response....we don't do refunds....beware
