Bit of a Non Entity As A Company
As of Oct 2012. Reasonable phone rates but non existent customer service except for one guy, Gary, who seems to be the only person there. Chaotic billing system that when it goes wrong takes months to sort out and you, the customer, have to call them to ask for a refund rather than them just sending it. Don't fix problems just tell you that BT will charge if they find no fault and leave it to you to decide what to do....very poor
