Worst retail experience I have ever had

Our experience with Mark was the worst I have ever experienced as a customer. We had purchased a watch for a special Christmas present and the stem had actually bent after less than a week of normal use. We returned to the shop and were met by the rudest and most unprofessional man we have ever dealt with. He said he "knew us types" and stated that he did not believe our version of events. When I pointed out key clauses from the Sale of Goods Act he very begrudgingly gave us the money back. He repeatedly said "this is my shop, I can do what I want", and could not get us out of the shop fast enough. This is really sad as we really try to support our local shops. We most certainly will not be returning here though. Amazon is cheaper and customer service is far superior!
