THE WORST KFC IN THE UK IN MY OPINION!!!
Everyone loves a good kfc from time to time..... but i just can not bring myself to go to the rugby one anymore... for manty many reasons.* If you through drive through 9 times out of 10 the order will be wrong.* They always forget to put the spoons in for the beans or the kids yoghurts or often forget the salt.* I have been short changed so many times i have forgot.* I find the staff not very friendly and not really bothered about your complaints etc.when going inside i always seem to get problems aswell..... if i go to any other kfc i never have any problems..... i think i am either cursed or rugby are not to hot on their customer service.
