Lies, incompetence and negligence

What a truly awful experience. Being charged £200.00 per hour for one of the partners to lie his way through two years. They invented several new versions of the law and only came close to getting it right after I had paid another solicitor to explain it to them. Deliberately wasted thousands of pounds from the estate while refusing to do their job properly. Correspondence took over a month for them to reply to and when they did it usually resulted in another lie, often contradicting their previous letter. Gave two different versions of the contents of the will. Any complaints about their appalling service were ignored. Having taken over two years to settle a matter that should have taken six months, and still not done it properly, they took payment for what they call professional service without my consent.
