Do not shop here for jewellery. Go to a reputable store who will give you a 30 day exchange or refund. There are plenty of them in Nuneaton. Once Evans have your money they couldn't care less and will not give you a refund. Staff are also extremely rude., talking to people behind you whilst serving. Everything is too much trouble! They don't deserve the business.
