About
Jazz and Vintage Dance Bands. We specialise in playing for Dancing and a wide range of Private or Public Functions and Events.
Our Bands include : The Sweet And Hot Orchestra (up to 12 piece); Sweet And Hot Dance Band (7 or 8piece); Broadway Melody (4 to 7 piece; The Non-Electric Band ( accoustic - clarinet/sax, trombone, banjo, tuba/sousaphone); Solo piano or small group for Dinner Music. Vocalist and P.A. available as required.
Our library includes 600 tunes from the 20's to the 60's (plus another 5000 in reserve), including Waltzes, Foxtrots, Quicksteps, Latin, Party Dances and Jazz. The latest addition is a number of 60's "Pop" arrangements as played at the local "Palais".
Based in the North East of England, we are prepared to travel.
Fees are related to Musicians Union scales.
