I bought my second pair of glasses from this company at see opticians last November, I have had the other pair for over 2 years now and no problems at all, unfortunately my second pair snapped at the bridge point, I contacted the opticians who said they would look at them and if as a manufacturing fault, then they would change the glasses frames under the warranty, I was dubious when a manufacturing fault was mentioned, as this is very hard to prove it was not your fault, but upon arriving at the shop I was treat with the same courtesy and efficiency as I had been previously and the glasses frame was exchanged without question under the warranty, I can only commend the staff for this as all to often when you take goods back it ends up as a blame game
