unprofessional & sexist
Asked me to take boot lid in to match paint. They said they would ring me but did not. They had boot lid all day & on going back to pick it up it had not been done. The boot lid was still lying where I had left it earlier in the day. Also ignored me & served a man that came in. Very miserable & unprofessional service.
