Life coaching, health and well-being coaching and homeopathy (omeopathic practitioner). Stress reduction through simple meditation, gentle movement (qigong or chi kung 'Chinese yoga').
Homeopathy: treating mainly long-term physical and emotional illness with medicines that stimulate the body's own powers of recuperation. I have qualifications in homeopathy (Dip Hom, 1986) and coaching (PGDip in 'Coaching for Organizational Excellence' from Sunderland University Business School, 2005)
