I was surprised to read the above review as I assumed that I was the only one and am unsure if it is the same ebayer I purchased from. Duncan Carter uses babybond5 and sells shoddy broken goods. I bought a heating unit and it died within a week. I am reporting to trading standards.

Dreadful Ebayer
Had the misfortune to encounter Duncan Carter on ebay. A purveyor of highly suspect items and a disagreeable character. Don't expect any customer service, warmth or care. Would politely suggest you avoid him.
