With respect and patience we will listen and discuss fully with you how you currently do your particular problem or behaviour.

An initial session may last between 1-2 hours and during this, and every additional session, honesty and commitment to change will be required by you.

In-between sessions you may be asked to complete exercises to reinforce your learning of the techniques and tools used.
