The host she didn't pay
Still waiting on Helen to pay me for hosting. Think it’s a bit of a joke it’s been a few months since I last worked for her and she hasn’t paid me. Considering she makes full profit and doesn’t have to pay the venue. She charges £20 per head. It was for a ‘combined’ event, well I say combined but it was for two different age groups in a venue that is tight enough for fitting one group in never mind two but it was sprung on me last minute, I voiced my reservations but she said not many had booked on the younger group and insisted it would be fine, so I reluctantly agreed. Now when I say last minute. This was just a few hours before the event was due to start. It had almost 70 people attend. I did my best but it was a disaster. It was embarrassing. Anyways You do the maths for her profit on that event alone. She’s ignored my texts and clearly won’t pay me the £100. On that particular night I had apologised to people for the lack of organisation that was out of my control, such as last minute venue change, some age groups having to be split because of the lack of seating in areas, the fact too some had to be seated in public areas. Because of this she accused me of not being loyal. Despite asking Helen for the name list earlier on in the day so I could print off to help prepare, It wasn’t sent to me until last min but that’s typical Helen, that made things more difficult for me also. And why did I persevere with this some weeks?! because I enjoyed the hosting and meeting people. I tried to help make it enjoyable for people. Helen mentioned it’s her livelihood and she’s a single parent. Well so am I and although I’m sure £100 is pennies to her. It’s much more to me. I’m disgusted to be honest. It’s me that took the crap week in week out over her last minute communication or lack of, that many mention in the reviews. I was always reliable, there every week I was scheduled to be. The good reviews on here I’d be surprised if they’re even genuine. She had asked me several times to leave good reviews on to bump up the ratings but I never did. This woman doesn’t care and is solely all self and about the money. It’ll be interesting to see what she replies, just a shame it’s had to go to this stage to get one. To be fair I’d rather she didn’t. I just want the money I’m owed and that she initially agreed she would pay.

Organised by morons, they sent a reminder for the wrong location. No refund issued from the thick thief Helen. Don't go near this scam, see the evidence in the form of pics They will just randomly change venues.
