Didn’t turn up same day. Late the following day. Appliance didn’t work. Nasty man would leave. Did unnecessary “work”, which had no effect. No reply from company. They are not a member of ANY regulators. They won’t reply to ombudsman. NOT recommended.

Extremely Bad.

Only wanted a quote, but it was not made clear it would cost anything. Nasty salesman came round late (the following day, not when stated, and at least 45 minutes late). Went ahead with minimal “work” for around 5 minutes, without asking. Handed a quote and invoice on same paper AFTERWARDS (making whole transaction illegal). Wouldn't leave until paid, becoming aggressive. Did not inform customer of Cancellation of Contract rights, either verbally or written (second opinion received from another company-Action Aerials), making transaction ILLEGAL-AGAIN. No reply from company, after 4 weeks and repeated emails. They are not a member of the Ombudsman. They are not a member of Check-a-Trade. They are not a member of Resolver. They are not a “same day service”, despite what it says on the website. Different part fitted than stated on the invoice. Attenuator does not function very well. COMPANY NOT RECOMMENDED.

There are loads of reports of Aerialforce quoting one price like the mythical £69 installation (Maybe if you can reach out of your window and touch the transmitter Ha!) or the quote of £65 plus vat per room for extra points and ended up billing the customer £165 for one room http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=3039960 I run an aerial company and Aerialforce mimick my internet advertising and pay google to appear at the top of the page, so when people are calling me, they get Aerialforce who don't answer with a company name just "Aerial Company" then proceed to stitch up the customer and guess who gets the flack? Yes because the customer thinks they called my company and when they get my number they blame the whole sorry mess on me. I charge £70 for the first extra point inc callout and £30 for each additional while I'm there, now that includes single or twin cable at the same price. My advice is search out your local reputable aerial company and establish they are who they say they are before you book, and get a firm quote, not an estimate.

Rubbish Company

I rang the company and was cheerily told that someone could come out as early as the next day so I arranged a visit for between 12 and 4pm for an engineer to re align my aerial. No one turned up so I rang them at 4.30pm to be told that the engineer was delayed and could they come tomorrow. I told them in no uncertain words to not bother as obviously it is a simple job that they didn't want. It seems that some companies nowadays just couldn't care less about the customer especially when time has to be taken off work which is wasted.

AVOID THESE ROGUES Failed to arrive for an AM appointment, after several calls to their office I was finaly told at 4.15 pm they were not coming that day I complained to the operator and she was very rude and would not give her name so I told them not to bother and cancelled them. Just been looking on the internet I see they are on Rogue traders this week so was probably very lucky. They also seem to be trading as TV aerial company based in Surrey. My grandson came today and fixed the loose connection so I will be tuning into watch dog to see what could have happened to me. This Thursday 19th may 8pm BBC1.

Arialforce are rip-off artists

This is the worst company I have ever used. Do not use aerialforce, they are rip-off artists. I had an engineer out yesterday to look at my dish. He went and had a look, then came back saying it was the LNB, when I went outside he'd already changed. He then says it's a bit expensive. £155 plus vat, plus £69 for ten minutes work. Their website says the call out will cost £69, it ended up costing me £240. I really only got suspicious because the engineer didn't stop talking a load of old bull. I asked him for the old LNB, he said he couldn't give it back because they need it for recycling, I told him it was mine, that is my choice. He reluctantly got me the old LNB. I then discovered he'd actually snapped it off. He was acting very dodgy, tried to tell me my LNB was 12 years old, well I only had it put in last year. I called Trading Standards and reported the company, I Google 'Arialforce review" and found that they make a habit of changing LNB's and charging extortionate prices. They have been reported to trading standards a few times before too. But it was when I found out my LNB was worth only £10 that really shocked me. Please don't make the mistake of being taken in by their flashy website and pictures of painted vans with tradesmen standing proudly in front of them. They are just out to exploit trusting Joe Blogs who doesn't realise thieves nowadays can steal your money via registered companies + VAT. AVOID Aerialforce unless you want to get ripped off. I hope they go under.
