Surrey Chauffeur specialise in the corporate and business ground transfer market - servicing airport, local, london and long distance transfers for Surrey, London and the Home Counties. We provide a full executive fleet - predominantly Mercedes - with the additions of BMW, Volvo & VW - and are able to provide a standard executive service or a VIP service.
We provide our customers with the full range of vehicles from standard executve saloon right through to Mini Bus and coach services up to 52 seats.
Private Market
Surrey Chauffeur will also service any private requirements that you may have. Although due to the nature of our service levels and driver and vehicle provision we do operate a minimum localised tariff.

AVOID - very poor
I have used Surrey Chauffeur UK Ltd twice and both trips were terrible. The first time they were 20 minutes late but I gave them a second chance....BIG MISTAKE. The second time, after several calls to their office and speaking to a rude and arrogant member of staff, the car finally arrived 40 minutes late and I nearly missed my flight. The car was not as clean as I would expect, the driver was unpleasant and I had to direct him to Heathrow; all of which are unacceptable. I would not recommend them at all given their woeful timekeeping, dismissive office staff and unpleasant drivers.

Diabolical
Surrey Chauffeur UK Ltd are the worst car service I have used. I arranged them to collect my wife and I from a business function along with an important guest and they were 20 minutes late. Each time I called them they said the car was already there and the driver would call me but this was a lie. When the driver eventually called to say he had arrived he was 20 minutes late and he admitted he had just got there. The driver also divulged that their office staff make a habit of lying to customers about car whereabouts and giving their drivers jobs they can't get to on time. To make matters worse, they tried charging an extra £20 for congestion charge from what had been quoted until I pointed out it is not payable after 6pm and is only £10 anyway! Dishonest and unprofessional throughout.
