Please read below for further details of what this entails and how to book DISCO79 direct for your party. What is a DISCO79 Kids Fun Time Disco Party? It's a fast paced, non stop, crazy, noisy, fun packed two hour long event for children aged 5 to 8. It is mainly music focused and involves lots of fun games and dancing competitions with prizes for everyone. The party is best suited for up to 30 children with some adult assistance in organising the children in to teams for some of the games. This is generally geared towards birthday parties with a short break at the end of the first hour whilst you feed and water your children. Your DJ will be dressed in a professional children's disco outfit complete with flares and a very colourful hairstyle. He will be lively, loud, smiley and friendly and will get the kids moving. The DJ is a professional entertainer and is extremely interactive and talkative. He encourages the children to take part with great success. Where can the party be held? At a location of your choice. Basically you book a hall and hire a DISCO79 entertainer and we will be there an hour in advance to set up. For children's discos we limit our atea of cover to Warlingham, Woldingham, Whyteleafe, Croydon, Sandersted, Selsdon, Addington, Bromley, Biggin Hill, Redhill, Reigate, Oxted, Godstone and all areas within a 10 mile radius of Warlingham CR6. What activities and prizes do you provide? This is not a sit down party! At a DISCO79 Kids Fun Time Disco Party we have a set routine which includes a number of activities and games some of which will be: Follow me (warm up with the DJ), Musical Statues/Bumps, Simon Says, Limbo, Best Girl and Boy Dancing Competition, Hot Potato, Pass the Parcel (you provide the parcel), Wrap the Mummy and dances include The Can Can, Zorba, YMCA and more plus up to date songs for the disco which takes up the final half hour of the party. The DJ will also encourage adults to take part in the dances! Basically lots of movement and shouting and good stuff to make your little ones very tired indeed! As prizes we provide stickers and medals for prize winners and small toys and gifts suitable for boys and girls. We also provide sweets such as Haribo. If you wish to provide other larger prizes just bring them with you and they will be incorporated. Is it a proper disco? Yes. The DJ will play on twin CD decs. Professional disco lights appropriate to the size of the venue will be used. Smoke/Fog effects can be used if the venue permits.
