Always good service
Clean, bright shop. Very helpful staff. Will deliver if you have a Waitrose/John Lewis/Peter Jones card. Always has good fresh produce and meat. Excellent wine selection and good special offers. Good selection of cheese and fresh baked goods. Grocery selection comparable to other grocery stores.

Good selection, good service
Much better now they have added the new larger basket checkout system. They nearly always offer to pack your groceries, and will deliver for a small charge. Parking above store and can be validated if spending more than £10. Good selection, especially fruit and vegetables, wine, deli served meat and fish. Helpful staff will order in items such as special diet cat food. Friendly staff, some checkouts a bit slow, but most okay. Not as cheap as some supermarkets, but worth the extra for excellent service and quality.
