Truly shocking groom from Jilana, bald patches in areas, completely uneven cut with bits of fair hanging out, Jilana is not very friendly and shows no caring attitude towards your dog when dropping off, which should have been a bit of a warning signal to us. It seems that she rushes grooms and simply doesn't give dogs the time and attention they deserve, just wants to do a quick and unprofessional groom and take your cash. Website states £35 and then says it took longer than expected (15 minutes longer) I our opinion is nonsense and then demands £50.

best ever
Took my doodle Fred to Jilana for the fist time last week, he was being a little bad tempered as I had let his coat get matted, sorry Fred, after Jilana had finished with him I had the old loveable Fred back Thank You Jilana
