Hypnotherapy, NLP and Talking Therapies.

I can provide Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Talking Therapy to treat a wide range of conditions. I trained with the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and now practice at the Surrey Injury Clinic in Horley, which has specialists in a wide range of disciplines. I provide one-to-one sessions for anyone living in and around the area of Horley. My prior background and expertise in physical treatments (sports massage, functional exercise and Pilates), gives me a unique ability to know how best to treat both mind and body, such as to help people stop smoking, adopt a healthier lifestyle, improve their diet, start and enjoy exercise, getting over anxieties and so much more. The bespoke service I offer is a total holistic approach for mind and body, quite different to other therapists. One of the most rewarding things about this job is when a client tells me that their therapy has been life-changing.
