Mother of four children aged between 19 and 36 years, I have been married to David for 36 years.

Over the years I have learnt, from my own experiences and other families, that the bedrock of any strong family is a home filled with joy, laughter and happiness. From this I help families to successfully cope with challenging behaviour.

I aim to support and encourage you in achieving your goal of building strong families that are based on healthy relationships and effective communication. I trained at Kingston University and qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2004.

Since November 2004 I have been working in the NHS, Children, Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and have taken courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systematic Family Therapy. Being proactive, creating and supporting positive changes has been a part of my working life for the last 8 years, and my family life for many more. This experience is what I bring to help you in your family situation.

In order to achieve this all my work is guided by the following values and principles: Family values, respect, honesty, openness, hope, integrity and partnership.

Services

I help equip parents with skills that will enable you to connect and build better relationships with your children and manage difficult behaviour. I also give support through workshops, seminars and discussions. The coaching services are provided via telephone or in person.

All packages are comprised of fortnightly sessions. This gives you time to learn and apply the techniques after each session. Both individual and group sessions are available.
