AVOID DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/ GARY. Booked and we paid the deposit upfront in good faith. He cancelled on the day, with little notice, due to his wife be seriously ill. So we let it go these things happen and no body want their family to be ill. We Booked another company to come last Minuit as I had taken the day off to get my car done and we presumed Gary would be by his poorly wife’s bedside! We have asked him several times for our deposit back, despite what he claimed had happened he still did not attend nor do the job so we should be given our full deposit back. Now he is just ignoring us. Notice no comments allowed on his Facebook page, multiple addresses, I wonder why? So no I would not recommend nor trust this man. We are looking to take this fraudster to court.

Great Service
I bought a second hand car which I wanted to be professionally cleaned. Gary made it look like new from the inside out. So good was his work that my neighbours commented on his workmanship and have asked for his details. Well done and thanks again for leaving me with a fantastic looking finish to my “New Car”. Steve.

Excellent Service
I called Empire and even though I had to wait for my appointment it was well worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Their standard of service is excellent. My car looks better now than it did when I picked it up from the showroom. Their attention to detail is absolutely spot on and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to everyone

My Range Rover
Having spent 80K on this car last year, I like it clean and sparkling, but time does not enable me to do this myself and I now refuse to deal with my dealers’ call centre. This is the first time I have used Empire (or indeed any mobile valeting company) rather than my usual motor dealer. They respond personally and they valeted my car today to an exceptional, showroom standard and on my doorstep, so to speak. In particular, I found Gary & Louise who arrived on time, enthusiastic, hard-working and (important for me) completely honest/trustworthy. it was also nice to meet Gary, who evidently enjoys and cares about his work. Frustrated and disappointed
I was due to have my car valeted today at 11am. It's now 14:17pm and have heard nothing. I have made 12 phone calls and not one has been answered by a human being. I have left messages and still nobody gets back to me. I am just thankful that they hadn't taken my money.

Excellent Service
A painting company got paint all over my vehicle. I called Empire and not only did they get rid of all the paint they restored my paintwork to its original condition. i highly recommened them to everyone.
