Awful

1, Left a voicemail and email to make a booking in order to board 2 cats over Xmas and New Year. The business did not reply. I had to call several times to get a response and make a booking. That should have been a warning to me. 2. On arrival, on the day I was travelling, I was notified that vaccination certificates were required, which I did not have. As a result the Cattery refused to accept the cats. The vaccination requirement was fair enough but I was not informed in advance of the requirement. 3. I was required to lose my deposit and 50% of the total fee which is excessive. 4. I was treated with no respect by the owners and embarrassed openly in front of other customers. This was unnecessary. 5. The business made no attempt to suugest or find an alternative for me. I was able to organise this myself with no hassle but the least the business could do was assist. 6. I will be raising the poor quality of service received with the local Trading Standards Officer and with the Cat Protection League. CONCLUSION: I would never recommend this kennel and cattery to anyone. The cattery I did use were appalled at the treatment I received and I and my cats could not be happier with the cattery I used instead.
