If you make a mistake- APOLOGISE!!
Yet another restaurant that treats customers like rubbish when the restaurant has made a mistake. Arif, the Indian restaurant in Newmarket did the same thing last summer. If you mistakenly give a vegetarian meat in their order APOLOGISE, ALREADY!! Don't just offer them a refund on the bag of chips they were meant to have after you've ruined their entire meal. And would it hurt you to actually be NICE about it?
