This is a top value restaurant. The management is very slick - it has to be to provide such value. The cuisine is good; for the price, it's outstanding. It's bette then typical chinese in the provinces. There's a good selection of dishes from which you help yourself, including crispy duck. Of course the serivce is cut down; you have to get up and serve yourself from the buffet. But you can do so as often as you like and not stop until you are filled to bursting. They do remove your plates very quickly, and bring drinks etc. If you want to eat fast you can do so here. Ambience? Well it's a clean and open floor area with the buffet in the middle.
