Poor - do not use

Initially they look like good value.... Until you place the order! When it arrived it was poor quality and despite paying for postage I still had to pay the Royal Mail extra as WOW Fancy Dress had not paid enough postage. Then I tried to return the products! What a nightmare! there is no contact phone number so you cannot speak to anyone about customer service. They take up to 3 or 4 days to respond to emails. When I tried to return the product no one accepted it so it got sent back to me. Then tried again and eventually it was returned after I managed to speak to the warehouse manager. Finally, after 3 weeks of having returned the product I am still waiting for my refund. This company should not be allowed to continue trading. Worst experience ever!
