I bought my wife two Lovelink beads for her bracelet before Christmas, and on Christmas day she noticed that one of them had turned black around the edge where the silver met the glass, so we returned it to Olivers on Bakers lane in Lichfield, where it was handed to one of the staff, he accepted it from us and then showed my wife the selection of beads. 5 Mins later he gave back the original bead to my wife telling her it was broken and looked like it had been stood on! it was clearly shattered and very mishapen, he then said he would not accept it. I have no doubt that the bead was in one piece when it arrived in the shop, he was trying to clean it at one point, but how can you argue against it without proof, and if they don't want to own up that they damaged it, then what can you do? we left the shop disgusted that we had been basically scammed for £25. If thats what you have been reduced to doing then good luck with that business model Olivers. It would have been zero star rating but i had to select at least one!

Great jewellers
Lovely selection of quality slylish jewellary.However it is the friendly personal service that makes it worth the visit.I had my young son with me and yet we felt totaly comfy and not rushed in any way.Def revisit.
