Disappointing...
I bought an AGM MP44 off these guys at the British Airsoft Show on the 9th February 2013. It was to have its spring changed (as they're hot out of the box) and shipped to me. I gave my postal address on the day and was told I'd receive it on the 12th February. Almost two weeks later, it was still no-where in sight. After calling JD on 26th Feb , I was informed that my MP44 had not yet been processed (even though two weeks had passed since the order) and would be sent out the very next day, to arrive on the 28th. After again having to contact JD on 1st March due to not receiving my MP44, the reason stated was that there were no contact details for me, even though I had given my postal address and telephone number on the day of purchase. It transpired that the details I had provided were on the Manager's personal iPad, not on the shop's one. So, I resupplied my details. Another week passed, still no MP44 to be seen. After calling again yesterday (5th March), inquiring as to where it was, I was told that it would be posted out, yup, tomorrow, and that it would be here on 7th March. Needless to say, I declined and am now awaiting a full refund. In my personal experience, I say that JD Airsoft, despite initial good impressions when dealing in person, are a waste of time and effort.It should not take a month to change a spring in the gun and post it! Needless to say, I shall not be trading with JD Airsoft again, but rather a company that is not quite so incompetent as this.
