Hypnotherapy is therapeutic and relaxing using the latest motivational and stress management techniques, psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy I provide clients the opportunity to make changes and reframe their life. I have had a background firstly in the nursing profession and then in personnel and have developed techniques to listen and support others through the ups and downs of life. All clients concerns are discussed prior to any treatment. At the end of the session I provide a support CD and teach the client self hypnosis. I also provide 3 months free telephone support.
