Re: Poor Customer Service

am afraid I had a terrible experience with Elsfal. I had a puncture fixed and it was not repaired properly and went again. I took the cycle in again and it was repaired, but I was charged a second time. I took the cycle home. The next day the tyre was flat again. I had not ridden the cycle at all, so it could not have been my fault. However, Elsfal charged me again when I took the cycle in for a third repair. They informed me a thorn had punctured the cycle tyre. How could that happen, when it was only wheeled two blocks to my house and no thorns where about. The puncture bill came to a grand total of £49 for three repairs. It is my belief this is a scam on there behalf. I feel a duty to warn people, so it does not happen to them. There was no accountablility on their behalf that it was not repaired properly in the first place. My partner told me they rushed fixing the cycle and it was not initially ready when she collected it. They placed all the blame on me and my partner, the guarantee was worth nothing! I have brought two mountain bikes off Elsfal in the past and had various repairs done. However, I will never go back there again after such terrible customer service.
