Amazingly prompt and effective!
I called GDS in the afternoon and they arrived same day in the early evening, carried out the work on the spot and all has been fine since. All the more remarkable as the garage door in question is at least 30 years old, they had the right parts on the van and did a great job. Can't recommend too highly!
