Competitive prices achieved by use of co-ordinaating supply of components made by other manufacturers and by using independent installers. Will query claims made under guarantee by suggesting negligence in use. Good pre-sales but appalling and rude after-sales service. We have had terrible problems since purchasing a year ago, mainly caused by unsatisfactory fitting. Each time we have had to "fight" to get things put right. If you can fit yourself and and just want the door delivered, probably fine and good value for money, but otherwise beware and make sure you ask the right questions!
